Delivery, Cancelation & Returns


R B Trophies & Engraving offers a number of different delivery options depending on where you live and how quickly you need your order:

Collection is free. If you have selected this option, we will contact you to let you know when your order will be available to collect from our premises at:

372 Carden Avenue, Brighton, BN1 8LJ

Mon-Fri: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

UK Standard Delivery – £6.00

UK standard delivery to any UK address costs just £6.00. We always endeavour to send orders as quickly as we are able, depending on the engraving process and the order quantity.

UK Standard Delivery is free for orders over £100.

UK Next Working Day Delivery – £15.00

We offer an express delivery service for UK addresses only. Express delivery is limited to a maximum of 5 awards per order. We are not able to offer express delivery on all of our products, please see product pages for further information.

Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Please note that orders placed before 12.00 on Friday are only guaranteed for Monday.

If no-one is available at the specified delivery address when delivery is attempted, a card will be left and the parcel will be returned to the local sorting office where it will be held until arrangements are made by you for redelivery/collection.

Please note that next day delivery may not be possible to the following areas, there may be a 2 to 3 day delivery time:

Our Promise To You

It is our responsibility to ensure that you receive your order. Please notify us of any orders that have not arrived or of any delays. Delays, while rare, are outside of our control (Royal Mail strikes, Covid lockdowns) as we rely on Royal Mail and couriers to provide the service to us. We will investigate delays 14 working days following your order confirmation date in line with their delay policy. Some couriers will require a form to be completed as proof that the parcel was not received.




We cannot accept returns for any engraved or personalised items. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at and we will do our best to resolve it for you.


If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at with your order number. If your order has been engraved or personalised for you prior to receipt of your email, we will be unable to cancel and refund your order.


We cannot process refunds for engraved or personalised items unless they are damaged, faulty or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at and we will do our best to solve the problem.
